[Koha-translate] Afghan languages - Dari and Pashto (Samuel Desseaux)

Ok, i'm going to try to fix the problem and keep in touch soon.

Something strange: when i look at the list of languages, "pa" is for 
punjabi,not for persian.
I'll also try to resolve this problem (i think to a bug but maybe 
Frederic has an idea?)
