[Koha-translate] OPACShowCheckoutName fr-FR

Hie,

I corrected OPACShowCheckoutName frensh translation on 3.4 and 3.8 (3.6 
was correct).
The translation of Show/Don't Show was inverted : "Don't show" 
performing showing and "Show" performing hiding.

This is really tricky for syspref usage.

I'm going to see if there are other ones.
