[Koha-translate] upgrade po file from koha 3.6.1 to 3.8

Dear all


We have just upgraded a customized po from koha 3.6.1 to koha 3.8.5 using *perl
translate update eu-EU* we have applied to koha and we have some strange
behsviours that we wish to share with you and ask If you know if we have
done something wrong.

First we wish to know how we know how identify if the po file has been
updated for version 3.8.5 (server's koha version) is there any indicator
somewhere
Some strings translated in the po file are not translated in OPAC web for
example...


any idea?
