[Koha-translate] upgrade po file from koha 3.6.1 to 3.8

Hi Hugo,

I think there is no version number in the po file, but it should have changed. Did you retranslate the fuzzy and untranslated new strings after running the update process? If you didn't I think that's the reason for some strings in the OPAC showing up untranslated. 

Pootle or an editor like Poedit will show you those strings and you have to remove the fuzzy status so they get translated in the templates.

Dear all


We have just upgraded a customized po from koha 3.6.1 to koha 3.8.5 using *perl
translate update eu-EU* we have applied to koha and we have some strange
behsviours that we wish to share with you and ask If you know if we have
done something wrong.

First we wish to know how we know how identify if the po file has been
updated for version 3.8.5 (server's koha version) is there any indicator
somewhere
Some strings translated in the po file are not translated in OPAC web for
example...


any idea?
