[Koha-translate] Permissions problems on Pootle server

For 2 files download error still exists:

"Server Error

An error has occurred. Thank you for your patience.

Error accessing
/var/www/Pootle-2.1.6/po/terminology/uk/ukrainian_pootle-terminology.po,
Filesystem sent error: No such file or directory"

and for 
/var/www/Pootle-2.1.6/po/terminology/ru/russian_pootle-terminology.po
too.

Download/upload terminology files - the only way to supplement them for me.
