[Koha-translate] Errors in translations

Hi Zeno,

for 3.12.06 string freeze comes on 15/10.

For 3.14, I'll follow Galen.
I think an alpha release will come around 14/10, by that time I will enable
314 project on translate.k-c
and will follow updates until final release.
