[Koha-translate] Koha 3.16 translate completed

Hi all,

What a fantastic job we have done.
There are 5 languages are translated completely, Chinese (Taiwan),
German, German (Switzerland), Italian, and Turkish.
Another 7 languages are nearly translated, Slovak, Czech, Spanish,
French, Chinese (China), Armenian, and Portuguese.
7 languages are translating within this month, Danish, Arabic,
Norwegian Bokmål, Finnish, Filipino, and Galician.

I am a part time Koha volunteer, not familiar with software
development. Koha is my first try to translate software po files. It
took me three years to figure out what po files are and for.  Another
6 months hard work to finish Koha 3.14 Chinese(Taiwan).

I am so happy that I could keep up with Koha 3.16.
