[Koha-translate] Koha Manual Turkish Translate

Dear authority,

We have previously translated Koha versions into Turkish language at Suleyman Demirel University Library. Now we also want to translate "Koha Manual" into Turkish. Can you help us in this regard? What should we do to start translating "Koha Manual"?
