[Koha-translate] 转发: Add Aditional Language for koha project manual

I wonder if you receive my last email, because I send it before confirm the
mail list confirmation.

And I have already translate the manual of 3.16 into Simplified Chinese, so
anybody can help me to create the folder?

Hi All,

 

This time I want to make a Chinese Simplified translation for koha manual 3.
16, but I can’t find this kind of language for this project, and I do some
search in bing.com, there is noway for use to create it, could anybody add
this for me?
