[Koha-translate] Adding Language

Dear All,

I am using koha 3.18 on ubuntu server 12.04, and I want to add Georgian
language to my koha which I could not find in Pootle. Please add Georgian
language to Pootle and give my account rights to contribute on Koha's
Georgian Language translation.
