[Koha-translate] String freeze for 3.22.1

Hi Marc,

I would prefer to wait for 3.22.2 if you don't mind, as I won't have
much time for pushing patches in the next few days, and when I will be
able to push we will be too close to the release date.

Brendan, I hope you will get better soon too.
