[Koha-translate] Help with 16.05 manual translation

Good morning all,

after a long time, I want to start translating again and I would like to
begin with the 16.05 manual.

When I translated the 3.2 manual I did it through an xml editor and then I
uploaded the file.
What's the suggested procedure right now? Shall I do it again on an editor
or through the "Koha translation project" site?
If you recommend the site, so that others can contribute too at the same
time, can  the documentation manager add the project?
