[Koha-win32] npl theme broken at v.2.2.6

Dear Carol,

NPL theme in Koha 2.2.6 is not broken. You have to declare the css file name
in opacstylesheet variable. Go to system preference. Select npl as opac
theme. Enter name of the css file in opacstylesheet variable. An array of
css files are available. Check it under npl theme under opac-tmpl folder.
