[Koha-win32] Koha v2.2.7 Z39.50 Problem

Hi,
Could someone please point me in the right direction here? I'm having
problems with the Z39.50 search in Koha and after numerous reinstalls &
debugging, still can't figure it out. 

Attached is the Apache's log file.

When I run the yaz-client to z3950.loc.gov:7090/Voyager, I get this error
message:
Z> open z3950.loc.gov:7090/Voyager
Connecting...error = System (lower-layer) error: No such file or directory

Firewall is off. 

My path is:
C:\Program
Files\YAZ\bin;C:\usr\bin\;C:\MYSQL\BIN;c:\usr\bin;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem

No problems with installs of:
Yaz v2.1.42.
Apache v2.0.59
MySQL v4.0.26
Activestate Perl v5.8.8.89
Koha v2.2.7 for Windows

Anybody can help? I've cracked my brain for the last 2 days trying to get
this to work.
