[Koha-win32] Koha v2.2.7 Z39.50 Problem

Thanks Rob. We're currently going through the intranet firewall's config to
make sure.
I think that should be it. I previously only turned off the firewall on the
server running Koha.
Will let you guys know.

Partha, make sure you already installed Net-Z3950 package.
