Hi

1) Some problem with installing MARC:Charset module from
  Koha2.2.7-W32-R2.EXE or Perl5.8.xModulesForKohaR4.EXE

Installing of this module work very long,
use much memory and end with error

(previous I use Perl5.8.xModulesForKohaR3.EXE
with this module also was another problem, but ppm helped)

2) It would be good to add locale:po to collection
 - useful for localization
