[Koha-win32] Spine Label Printing

Hi,

We would like to print the spine labels for the books, but it seems like we
need to install PDF 0.3r77 perl package from what I read in the other posts.
Is that true? As it is, we are getting error trying to generate the barcodes
& spine labels.

If we do still need the PDF package, could anyone please send me the package
as I could not locate it anywhere online.
