[Koha-win32] KOHA Browser Settings

[Mumanyi Bravismore]

I suspect there is something wrong with my installation.
I have created 2 separate patrons with all privileges. However, I can't 
even logon with any of their login/card number and password.
The system reports incorrect card number or password. I tried changing 
password with no success.
