[Koha-win32] Administrative Login in Koha 2.2.9

Dear Sir,

I have a problem with Koha 2.2.9.

I have installed without error and I have run koha at 127.0.0.1 but I don't
make login for insert book and the other. I obtain a simple login but
without option. Can you help me?
