That link didn't work for me, try:
   http://contribs.koha.org/extension_view.php?eid=14
and if that doesn't work either, click on VM Images and you'll get there.

You need the VMWare player, which is a free download from 
   http://vmware.com/download/player/

> Is there any document on it?
I believe there's a readme file in the Koha image that can get you 
started. 

The best thing about the VM image is that when you mess up beyond all 
hope, you can delete it and start again--it's a great way to learn. Make 
frequent backups.
