[Koha-win32] Error 500 Internal server error

Hi ,
 I'm just new user at koha ... I installed koha for windows through your pdf
docs.
with the following software

apache 2.2.14
mySql 5.1.45
active perl 5.8.9
& koha 2.2.9 R1

& after installation .. MySQl & apach are running normally but i got this
error when i tried to log on to Intranet

*Error 500 internal server error ,

may have caused the error.*
