[Koha-win32] Cannot add members

Hi,

 

I installed Koha 2.2.9 for Windows on Windows XP SP3, Apache 2.2.14,
MySQL 5.1.42, Perl 5.8.

 

Both Intranet and Opac open correctly, but when I try to add members or
categories the pages doesn't show any errors, but members do not add. I
checked the intranet-error.log file and that's what it shows:

And I didn't even fill 'expiry' field. I changed all 'date' fields in
the 'borrowers' table from 'date' to 'char' but now I'm stock with
'gonenoaddress' field:

Nothing helps. Anybody had this kind of problem? Please help.
