As far as I know, dom indexing is relying on index names and NOT on bib1
numbers.
So I am a bit surprised to see your message.

Second thought : authority number here is used and defined for biblio
records, so you are surely not using dom configuration but rather a grs1
configuration file. Nonetheless, i was told that ccl configuration files
(usually ccl.properties) should be able to use direct index names and not
only bib1 numerical attributes. So this still appears strange to me.

Can you precise your zebra server version and yaz-client ?

ccing this to koha-zebra since it is highly related to zebra and some
Indexdata person can answer.
