[Koha-zebra] default.idx - no such file

THANKS!  One of the missing locations fixed default.idx error

got another error, fixed that.

Now on to 'couldn't open record.abs'

we don't have that on system anywhere so it'll need to be created
in /etc/koha/zebradb/marc_defs/marc21/authorities 

Not sure where to begin.
