[Koha-zebra] Zebra Indexing Issue ( Records does not appear in the catalog)

I had the same problem when I first set up my Koha. Turned out I was using
different encodings - I selected unimarc in the web based installer but my
command line installation had the default encoding, MARC 21. Please ensure
that you select the same encodings in both setup processes.
