Can you look at the log file ? Maybe there's a clue in it.

Julian, tested and works well. Test pass and no koha-qa errors. (was a problem on my side) But... you are touching some opac prog files As we are on PROG/CCSR deprecation, and this is a new feature, those will never be included.
