I like this idea! I also have some suggestions: - make 'powered by Koha' a link, instead of only Koha
my patch does this already...
I am not sure about having the css directly in the anchor tag. This way it's hard to customize it, like changing the font size or adding a picture. Perhaps having another spot for cutomizable HTML code (like opaccredits) with a default value would work too?
