with OPACprivacy disabled and AllowPatronToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor enabled a patron can see their guarantor but cannot save changes to whether their checkouts are shown. The update button doesn't work and a change to this field doesn't register if using the "submit update request" button
