List downloads/exports include the following options:

BibTeX, ISBD (if OPACISBD is set), MARC, RIS (Zotero, EndNote, others), CSV (using CSV profiles)

So maybe a separate syspref is necessary.

Cart download/exports include the following options: BibTex, ISBD (regardless of OPACISBD), MARC, RIS (Zotero, EndNote, others), CSV (using CSV profiles).
