Hi Jonathan, reading through the description - can you explain some more about the use case for the cronjob and how it might be used in the library?
The script was for a specific need: The patrons cannot checkout specific items (rares for instance). But they can checkout them for an "in-house use" (replace this term with the one you prefer :)). These items are stored in a special local (location). At the end of the day, the items which have been checked out "in-house" are marked in transit. But actually someone puts them back in the local, so they are not in transit anymore. To avoid a manual action, this script simulates a checkin. That's why you can specify a location in parameter of the script. I did not remember the script was submitted here.
