Apply Koha's formatter to the affected method chain, template text and template parameter hash. This follow-up leaves the preceding nine patches and their original messages intact. It adds no functionality or request processing changes. Automated checks: 1. Apply the preceding nine patches and this follow-up. 2. Run koha-qa.pl -c 10 on the complete series. 3. Run misc/devel/tidy.pl --silent --no-write for the touched files.
