Some libraries have wishlists for their patrons. The library manually keeps track of items that patrons are interested in and emails them when the item is in circulation. This bug is to add the ability for Koha to automate that notification process.
This notice already exists for when items attached to purchase suggestions are available but this would be useful to libraries who don't allow purchase suggestions or to notify patrons that an item is available that is being added to collection separate from the acquisition process.
