Test plan: 1. Apply patch. 2. As a test librarian, create a private item list. 3. As a superlibrarian, delete the test librarian. 4. Verify the superlibrarian can still access the private item list. 5. Prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Item/List.t, and verify all the tests pass.
