Thanks Sergei. It being an old installation based on UNIMARC could explain why others haven't reported a problem yet. Maybe some hidden difference.
Ah yes. Nice one, Katrin. I should've thought of that. Sometimes, you're better off doing a database backup, install a fresh Koha, and then import the database into that fresh Koha. Really this sounds like a support issue.
