When I try to test this, is_integer_only has a value of 0 for every column, even after running reset_all && updatedatabase && dbic && restart_all.

Is there something else that needs to happen?

Also, line 77 is ('ILL_STATUS_ALIAS, 0'); and I think you meant ('ILL_STATUS_ALIAS', 0);
