Is it safe to moderate account requests again or are the emails still not sent?

I think everything is working now. It looks like confirmation emails are going out, as requesters confirmations are showing up. I have about 3 or 4 older requests to sort out, but for all future ones I think we are good! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
