Just... the link in your help page does not exist (http://manual.koha-community.org/3.8/en/QOTDuploader.html). I don't know if it is normal or not :-/

This is because no links exist atm. I mentioned this to Nicole on #koha the other day. These are really just "placeholders" which can be either used by her or a followup patch submitted once she has the info in the manual.
