If you cancel the "Cancel" modal, it clears the selections. If you cancel the "Suspend" modal, it keeps the selections. After I cancel 1 hold, the "Holds" tab still says 3, it says "1 holds selected" and the "Cancel selected" and "Suspend selected" buttons are still active.
