If something could work similar to what https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=40933 does, but is a button next to the SMS setup in the patron account, automates the message and selection of SMS so all you have to do is push a test button, that would be great. But I notice that in this bug, it goes into queue, and you have to wait. Not good for testing purposes. Somehow, a test scenario needs to allow the message to go straight out rather than in a queue. IMO
