We sponsored this bug, along with three other libraries, and are eagerly awaiting this functionality. What can we do to get this moving in the QA process?

I think making noise is a good way. I'm swamped at the moment, but I've been keen to see this functionality in Koha for a while, so I'll add it to my list.
