The issue : - Click on 1 library, then on a 2d library, Koha - as we want - uses "AND" (https://staff-bugzebra41608.koha-sandboxes.org/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/search.pl?idx=kw&q=the%2A&limit=holdingbranch%3ACPL&sort_by=relevance&count=20&limit=holdingbranch:FPL ) - select a 3rd library and click Apply, it will uses "AND" for this new library, instead of OR.
