b) Deleting vendor only works from result list (follow-up or separate bug)
In 24.11 we have a "Delete vendor" in the toolbar you can see on the vendor's detail page. With this patch set the "Delete" link only appears in the vendor result list. It works from there, so the vendor was "deletable" (no orders or subscriptions linked).
