Addition to 1) and 2), trying to be clearer about the issue: In my last test case I see: Renew ( 4 of 5 renewals remaining / 1 of 2 renewals left before the item must be seen by the library ) This does kind of make sense to me now. I still think it might be clearer to leave out the unseen renewals if they no longer apply, because all remaining renewals can be done online.
