Bug 21173: Fixed rebase removal of filters and changed items.dateaccessioned to >datetime datatype

I am worried by this change. We have a lot of libraries who set the date manually in items, typing it in like: 2010-01-01. It will auto-fill, but for retro-cataloguing they want it to reflect the real date.
