Yes, that's what I meant. Maybe the test plan was not clear. You cannot add (for now) more than one item to a train if you are not using the "Add last X items" link.
In a closed ,sent, or received train, you cannot add new items, but you can edit them, and delete them : could deletion be a problem here ?
