I'll put this down to a combination of the email configuration for Gmail that I'm using and system preferences for email addresses. This got me to dig a little further.. I found a regression from one of the rebases.. 'catalog' vs 'catalogue' module name.. sorted now. Whitespace in emails in the database is still an issue, but as they're HTML in the email client they should appear OK I believe.
