Sorry but I don't understand where I am supposed to post the issue to receive support. Is there an email address I can use? I have located the community support page but am unsure how to use it. I am not an IT person, I am a librarian and manager of a small library so have limited IT support. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hi Jenni, As Katrin said, if you go to https://koha-community.org/support/koha-mailing-lists/ and click on "Join the mailing list", you can send out emails to the global Koha community. If you go to https://koha-community.org/get-involved/irc/ and click "connect directly to the Koha channel through your browser" you can also chat in real time.
