t/db_dependent/api/v1/item_lists.t is failing for me with a lot of output. Looks like maybe it's due to overdue rules changes from BZ 10190?

I'm afraid I can't reproduce those tests failing, even after rebasing on the latest main. Does running yarn api:bundle && koha-plack --restart kohadev beforehand help?
