I know our situation is unique to the US, and we do have some patrons with more than three names.
It's not really unique to the US. It's common to "English" countries like the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. That said, I don't often see fields in Australia for middle name. Typically I see either "First name" and "Last name", or "Given names" and "Last name". Occasionally I'll see a field for middle name. I actually have found previously that giving my middle name in situations has led to data errors. For some reason I end up being referred to by my middle name instead of my first name (both in Canada and Australia), so I try to omit it wherever possible. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
