Staff logins need the catalogue permission to be able to log in to the staff client. If you remove this permission they will not be able to log in. Could that be enough to solve your use case?

I do try to remove permission for staff, the user still able to login, is there away to disable user login but keep them able to loan books and other patron options, I just want to disable login to staff client only, thank you for your answer. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
